Item
From the home page of Catsmopolitan.com there are a
few ways to find what you want. The home page has direct links
on the left to different categories of merchandise. Another option is to use our Search
utility which is located at the top left of most of the pages of
our website (including this page). By entering keywords into
the Search box, you can search our product database for items
that match your search words. Please besure your search term is spelled correctly to enhance your searching experience.

How to
Buy
Buying from Catsmopolitan.com is easy and secure. When
you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit
card information is protected by our secure server. For every
orderable item, there will be an ORDER button. This button
adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting something in your
shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. After you put
something in your basket, you can choose to place the order
immediately, or continue shopping. You can put as many items
as you want in your shopping basket. When you're finished and
want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping
cart by clicking on the 'Cart' button in the upper
right-hand part of our website or the Shopping Cart button on the left side navigation menu. You must be over the age of 18
to place an order on our site.

Ordering
If you click on the ORDER button and get no
response, it is probably because you can't connect securely to
our server. As a test, try going to another page which is
secure.
If you are unable to connect to secure pages:
You could be using an old version of your browser, in
which case you should update your web browser. A web browser
can only connect to secure pages for two years before it needs
to be updated.
Or you are behind a corporate firewall that won't allow
secure connections. Ask your network administrator, or order
from another location.
If you are unable to add items to your shopping cart:
Your web browser's security setting's might be too high,
try setting them to Medium.
A setting called 'Cookies' might be disabled from your web
browser setting or a firewall running on your computer.
You're using an old version of your browser, in which case
you should upgrade.

We do everything possible to keep your shipping charges reasonable. Due to the limitations of the Yahoo Merchant platform, shipping charges may have to be calculated in a non-standard way.
